Short answer: Refyne and Jify are not loan apps you can sign up to on your own. Both offer earned wage access: if your employer has partnered with them, you can withdraw part of the salary you have already earned before payday, and it is recovered from your salary. Neither charges interest on these withdrawals; both charge a per-transaction fee (Jify from ₹5; Refyne slab-based).

Last verified: 12 October 2026 from each company’s official website and, where marked, its Google Play listing. Rates and fees change; the lender’s Key Fact Statement (KFS) and loan agreement decide your actual terms. FundsTiger does not rank lenders.

Key differences

Earned wage access vs a salary advance loan

Earned wage access gives you money you have already earned, and your employer recovers it from your next salary. A salary advance loan from an app is a loan: it charges interest and fees, and missed EMIs go on your credit report. If your employer offers earned wage access, it is usually the cheaper option for small, short gaps. See our advance salary loan guide for app-based options.

Which should you choose?

Refyne may suit you if your employer offers Refyne and you may need a larger amount over a few months.

Jify may suit you if your employer offers Jify and you want a published fee from ₹5.

Whichever you pick, compare the APR in the KFS you are actually offered, not the advertised starting rate.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Refyne or Jify without my employer?

No. Both work only through employers that have partnered with them. If yours has not, see our advance salary loan guide for loan apps that lend against your salary.

Is earned wage access a loan?

Both describe salary withdrawals as access to pay you have already earned, not a loan, and charge no interest. Larger amounts or EMI repayment through them are loans from partner lenders.

Are these lenders RBI-regulated?

The loans described here are given by RBI-registered NBFCs or banks named in the table. Check the lender named in your loan agreement on RBI’s digital lending app list.

Where do these figures come from?
