Short answer: Both are large NBFCs with starting rates around 10% to 11%. Bajaj Finance lends more (up to ₹55 lakh, 108 months) and offers Flexi loans where you pay interest only on what you withdraw. Tata Capital lets you part-prepay up to 25% of the loan free and accepts a lower minimum income (₹20,000), but caps tenure at 6 years.

Last verified: 12 October 2026 from each company’s official website and, where marked, its Google Play listing. Rates and fees change; the lender’s Key Fact Statement (KFS) and loan agreement decide your actual terms. FundsTiger does not rank lenders.

Key differences

Which should you choose?

Bajaj Finance may suit you if you want a large loan, a tenure longer than 6 years, or a Flexi line to draw and repay as needed.

Tata Capital may suit you if you earn less than Bajaj’s city threshold or want to part-prepay without a charge.

Whichever you pick, compare the APR in the KFS you are actually offered, not the advertised starting rate.
